Special Offers

1. FINduo reserves the right to change, without any notice, the duration, pricing or terms and conditions of any Special Offers.
2. FINduo reserves the right to quote normal prices during Special Offer periods

Free Close Corporation Special Offer

The special will run from 1 September 2008 to 31 October 2008.
The free Close Corporation will only be given should a registration for Income Taxation and Value Added Taxation at the South African Revenue Services be done through FINduo.
Quotations for this Special Offer need to be signed and returned to FINduo within 7 days and PAID IN FULL prior to any commencement of services by FINduo
Maximum of 2 (two) NATURAL PERSONS as members of the Close Corporation
The customer will be responsible for opening a mandatory bank account for the Close Corporation
The customer will be responsible for the following documentation:

6 proposed names for the Close Corporation
Registered address
Postal address
Copies of ID’s for members, Postal and Residential addresses of members
Main business activity of Close Corporation
Bank letter for Close Corporation
Proof of residence for the close Corporation

General

A.    ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Any major additional services required by yourselves, not provided for above, will be charged at our normal rates. These fees will be discussed and agreed with yourselves prior to commencement of the assignment.

B.    TIMELY AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to have the required information ready for us in time in order for us to complete the monthly services as set out above. We do not take any responsibility for any penalties or interest charged by SARS or any other institution due to late availability of information. We will inform you if we are unable to complete and submit any information due to whatever reason, in which case we do not take any responsibility for penalties, interest or legal action.

C.    ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
We only process, complete and submit information given to us by you. We accept that all information given to us is correct and complete. Should information not be complete or correct, we do not take any responsibility for this.

D.    STORAGE OF INFORMATION
We do not take any responsibility nor do we store any of your records on your behalf. We will only take responsibility for your records should we require them for work to be completed. It is your responsibility to collect your records from our offices.

E.    TRAVELING TIME AND EXPENSES
Traveling time and expenses are included in above quotation. Provisions are made for traveling time and expenses for every 8 hours on-site consulting services. Should consultants have to travel more due to customer specifications, our normal rates of R2.90 per kilometer and normal charge out rates will apply, and additional invoices will be charged in this regard.

F.    PAYMENT TERMS

REGISTRATIONS AT SARS OR CIPRO
Any registrations at SARS or CIPRO have to be paid before commencement of work. A faxed or e-mailed payment confirmation serves as confirmation of acceptance of the quote in this regard.

OTHER SERVICES - DEPOSIT
On acceptance of this quote a deposit of 50% needs to be paid prior to any commencement of work. The balance of the quote will be invoiced as work is completed.

G.    QUOTATION VARIANCE
Where hours are quoted, an estimate is used and a variance of 10% may occur in favour of the client or FINduo CC in which case the final invoice will be dually adjusted. Should the variance be more than 10%, FINduo CC will contact the customer before spending 75% of the quoted amount.

H.    PAYMENT METHODS
Payments may take place by debit orders (including deposit amount) - please fill in attached form. Such debit orders will be run on the 7th of each month.
Post dated cheques are also acceptable for the total quoted amount.
Payments may be made by EFT or direct deposit in which case a proof of payment needs to be faxed or e-mailed.

I.    PAYMENT FAILURES
Debit orders or cheques that fail to go through or are marked R/D, has to be rectified by the customer within 3 working days. An admin charge of R100 (including VAT) will be charged by FINduo CC for such transactions.

J.    INTEREST ON OUTSTANDING AMOUNTS
All overdue amounts will be subject to an interest charge of 2.0% per month, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

K.    FAILURE TO PAY ACCOUNT
In the event of a failure to pay outstanding amounts, FINduo CC reserves the right to obtain legal or collection services to collect outstanding amounts. All costs incurred by FINduo CC in the collection of such amounts are payable by the client.

L.    TERMINATION OF SERVICES AGREEMENT
This services agreement may be terminated at any time, by any party, provided that one months’ written notice is given and that the account owed to FINduo CC

Management Accounting

Software and Support

A.    UPGRADES
Upgrades will be done at FINduo CC’s discretion. The customer may request an upgrade, but the final decision remains with FINduo CC.

B.    SUPPORT CONDITIONS
Our offices may be contacted by telephone during business hours (i.e. 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excl. public holidays and days notified by FINduo CC). We may be contacted by e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) at anytime and a response will reach you within 8 business hours. We do not take any responsibility for any losses of data or incorrect data due to customer fault. We can merely assist with technical queries.

C.    CHARGEABLE SUPPORT
We will work on your database for a maximum of 15 minutes which will be non-chargeable per above conditions, where after we will give you instructions on the problem experienced or correct the problem at our normal rates. We will only give technical support, not training or consulting over the phone. These services are charged at our normal rates. Competitions Terms and Conditions

This competition closes 28th February 2009

Winners will be notified telephonically.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.

The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

FINduo is not liable for any technical failures.

Competition prizes cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

Prizes have to be collected at the FINduo office.

Winners names will be published on the website as well as a picture taken on the day of the prize giving.

Employees of all participating companies and their immediate families may not enter.
