ANNUAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES

Every entity, according to law (Close Corporation Act of 1981 and Companies Act of 1973), must have a proper accounting system that has the books and records of the entity written up on a regular basis. We offer annual accounting services.  Our hourly charge out rates are very competitive and our service is second to none.

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING

Drawing up a set of Annual Financial Statements and checking your figures 6 months after year end, has no purpose with regards to growing your business and maximising profits.  We are your in-house accountant, producing monthly management accounts, managing your budgeting and offering expert advice to reach your goals and targets.  We offer tax planning and financial analysis at about 10% of the monthly cost of an in-house accountant.

AUDIT SERVICES

We offer statutory audits, drawing up Annual Financial Statements and expressing an opinion on them.  We also do forensic audits and due diligence audits.
